HRD OFFICER
Requirements:
Female/Male, max 32 years old
Degree in Law/Psychology/ Management
Min 3 years experience as HRD Officer/Senior Staff
Handling day to day operation of HR Department such as personnel
absenteeism, overtime calculation, expatriat document (RPTKA,KITAS, SKLD etc), develop and conduct HR processes including organization development, recruitment and selection, training, performance appraisal & compensation and benefits
Fluent in English both spoken & written
Computer literate
