·         Proficient in customizing SDLC processes and methodology by training, and supporting disciplines (workflows), activities, and artifacts (deliverables) as defined by CMM, Six Sigma and RUP.

·         Development and management of detailed project plans to include, resources, tasks, requirements, milestones, and review points.

·         Strong work ethic, taking ownership of all duties and responsibilities.
