SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
5+ years JD Edwards CNC Administration experience
Proficient in utilizing the JDE EnterpriseOne Technical Foundation tools and CNC functionality
Experience with installation, setup, configuration, package builds and deployments
JD Edwards upgrade experience
Excellent technical knowledge and experience in server administration, networks, workstations, JDE application, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of the trading business
Solid experience in SQL Server and/or Oracle
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

Description: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the day-to-day operations of JDE EnterpriseOne 8.10 Financial Suite installation to facilitate Merrill Lynch?s commodities business.
Provide maintenance, support and deployment of JDE EnterpriseOne application installs for both web and client workstations.
Perform administration of security, print, batch queues, and problem resolution of the applications.
Manage the daily maintenance, patch updates and testing.
Responsible for applying ESUs, ASUs, Updates, and Service Pack upgrades.
Keep up-to-date with ESU and service pack releases, functionality, and other CNC components.
Object Management Workbench installation, setup and project promotions.
Create and manage all environments, path codes and instances.
Setup and manage JDE reports.
Monitor and manage system performance and availability.
Perform performance tuning and risk mitigation.
Recommend best practices.
Provide courteous and timely support to end users.
Collaborate and work with other support groups such DBA, Platform, etc to establish proper support of JDE applications per corporate mandates.
