A reputable company in Qatar needs the following positions:


1. Accounts Manager


Main duties and responsibilities

- Ensure proper recording of the revenues and ensure that the matching principle is properly applied.
- Review the tenants' agreements.
- Ensure that invoices are issued to tenants on time and follow up the collections of the receivables.
- Ensure proper maintenance of the Company fixed assets and properties. Ensure that all company assets are adequately insured.
- Participate in the budgeting process, monitor the performance vs. the budget and review and validate revision of budgets.
- Responsible for the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and present these financial statements to Al-Faisal Holding Finance Department and the Company General Manager.
- Supervise Finance Department personnel to ensure the timely submission of management reports, including performance of budget reviews.
- Ensure adherence to the established policies and procedures by Al-Faisal Holding Company.
- Monitor the Company cash flow
- Review and approve the payment vouchers
- Co-ordinate with external auditors and handle their requirements in order to finalize the audit of the financial statements.

The Salary for the same shall be Qrs. 15000 – Qrs. 20000(Gross inclusive of Housing, Transportation, and Mobile).

2. INTERNAL AUDIT SUPERVISOR
Duties and Responsibilities
Under the general guidance of the Internal Audit Manager:
· Supervises the work of staff engaged in the reviews of organizational and functional activities.
· Provides a comprehensive, practical schedule of annual engagement coverage within general areas assigned by the manager.
· Determines areas of risk and appraises their significance in relation to operational factors of cost, schedule, and quality.
· Classifies engagement projects as to degree of risk and significance and as to frequency of coverage.
· Provides for flexibility in engagement schedules so as to be responsive to management's special needs.
· Schedules projects and staff assignments so as to comply with management's needs, within the scope of the internal audit activity's overall schedule.
· Coordinates the program with organization's public accountant.
· Reviews and approves the purpose, scope, and approach of each engagement project for assigned areas.
· Directs engagement projects to see that professional standards are maintained in the planning and execution and in the accumulation of information.
· Counsels and guides staff to see that the approved engagement objectives are met and that adequate, practical coverage is achieved.
· Reviews and edits engagement communications and, in organizations with the auditor-in-charge for the assigned project, discusses the communications with appropriate management.
· Presents oral briefing to branch-level management.
· Provides for and performs research on engagement techniques.
· Provides formal plans for the recruiting, selecting, training, evaluating, and supervising of staff personnel.
· Develops manuals and other training aids.
· Accumulates data, maintains records, and prepares reports on the administration of engagement projects and other assigned activities.
· Identifies factors causing deficient conditions and recommends courses of action to improve the conditions including special surveys and audits.
· Provides for a flow of communication from operating management to the manager and to the chief audit executive.
· Assists in evaluating overall results of the engagements.

Required Skills
· Minimum 10 years of experience.
· Fluent in English.
· Knowledgeable in computer assisted audit techniques.
· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or related field
· Good communication and business skills

3. Assistant to COO

Entry Level - Supervisory level
Next level – Manager
Reporting: Directly to COO
Experience: 4-5 years
Experience required: business management, banking experience in credit departments and or similar position in reputable companies.
Education: Business management graduate with concentration on Finance. Preferable Masters Degree.

Job description

- Assist and follow up in preparation of annual budgets for group companies.
- Participate in the budgets meeting for follow up on action points.
- Follow up on the monthly results and comparison to budgets.
- Explanation on variances as it arises from monthly results.
- Preparation for BOD meetings.
- Follow up on BOD meetings points of action.
- Follow up on affiliated companies activities including the financial results and operational matters.
- Attend meetings with group GMs to follow on pending issues.
- Review business contracts and comment on them.
- Follow up on administrative matters when requested by COO.
- Others as requested by COO.

4. SEMI SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR

Duties and Responsibilities
· Assist in the development of audit program for limited scope auditing.
· Assist in the evaluation of internal control system in the areas subject to audit.
· Recommend corrective measures, improvements on operations, and cost reduction.
· Ensure that work is done according to accepted professional standards.
· Assist in the preparation of reports on works performed.

Required Skills
· Minimum 3 years of experience.
· Fluent in English.
· Knowledgeable in computer assisted audit techniques.
· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or related field
· Good communication and business skills

Duties and Responsibilities
Under the general guidance of the Internal Audit Supervisor:
· Surveys functions and activities in assigned areas to determine the nature of operations and the adequacy of the system of control to achieve established objectives.
· Determines the direction and thrust of the proposed engagement effort.
· Plan the theory and scope of the engagement, and prepares an engagement work program.
· Determines the engagement procedures to be used, including statistical sampling and the use of information technology.
· Identifies the key control points of the system.
· Evaluates a system's effectiveness through the application of knowledge of business systems, including financial, manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and other operations, and an understanding of engagement techniques.
· Recommends necessary staff required to complete the engagement.
· Performs the engagement in a professional manner and in accordance with the approved engagement work program.
· Obtains, analyzes, and appraises information as a basis for an informed, objective conclusion (opinion) on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system and the efficiency of performance of the activities being reviewed.
· Directs, counsels, and instructs staff assistant assigned to the engagement, and reviews their work for sufficiency of scope and for accuracy.
· Makes oral or written presentations to management during and at the conclusion of the engagement, discussing observations and recommending corrective action to improve operations and reduce cost.
· Prepares formal written communications, expressing opinions on the adequacy and effectiveness of the system and the efficiency with which activities are carried out.
· Appraises the adequacy of the corrective action taken to improve deficient conditions

Required Skills
· Minimum 6 years of experience.
· Fluent in English.
· Knowledgeable in computer assisted audit techniques.
· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or related field
· Good communication and business skills

Job Description:
Plans for long-range library growth and administers and directs daily library operations by performing the following duties.


Interprets, implements, and recommends library policies and procedures.
Maintains communication with the parent organization and the local community to develop effective library services.
Provides advice and consultation to library personnel, board of trustees, government officials, and others concerning the collection development policy and long-range planning.
Conducts reference interviews with patrons to address special research needs.
Administers the budget, develops new funding sources, and supervises grant writing.
Prepares budget, program, annual, and special reports for the Board of Trustees or city council.
Conducts public relations programs to increase public awareness and support of library programs and services.
Supervises operation of the integrated automated library system.
Oversees technical training and support for automated library systems.
Participates in professional conferences and workshops to keep informed of changes in the library field.
Plans and implements new information technologies to meet changing needs.
· Assists in reference, cataloging, and acquisitions work as necessary.
