Training Manager (TM-W)
Summary of the job
➢ To develop the careers of excellent employees
➢ To build bench strength
➢ To develop and deliver designated program
➢ To manage a training centre
Qualifications
➢ Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Education or Psychology or Training and Development is advantages
➢ At least 5 years working experiences in the learning and development or training environment and Organization Development
➢ Managed a learning and development or training department or environment
➢ Proven abilities in designing, developing, delivering and evaluating learning and development and training programmes
➢ Able to design conduct train-the-trainers' programs
➢ Work well with all levels of employees
➢ Proven track record in people development
➢ Proven administrative abilities
