A group of STRAITS Asia Resources for mining and engineering has some projects in
Indonesia. To support our expanding operations, we are looking for an experienced and
dynamic individual for below position.
CONTRACT AND LEGAL EXECUTIVE
Responsibility:
• Assist the Contract Manager in administration and preparation of Contract
documents/policies covering our operations in mining, marine and engineering.
• Maintaining an updated version of all Contract documents (both soft and hard copies) at
Jakarta office including reviewing that these are properly implemented at our mine site.
• Review of any contractual issues/claims/
providing analysis/recommenda
• Will be stationed at Jakarta office and will be required occasional traveling to mine sites
at Indonesia
Qualification:
• Bachelor of Law
• Min. 3 years experience in administration and preparation of contract documents.
• Have the legal background knowledge for mining and marine works would be an
advantage
• Good communication in English for verbal and writing
• Can operate Microsoft Office
• Male is preferred
Preferred character:
• Creative, hard worker and able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
