Our Client , A Foreign Building Material Company with several manufacturings and production plants in Indonesia is seeking qualified candidates to fill position of:
SENIOR SALES MANAGER (SSM)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
a.. To Work closely with other parties in his/her team to develop innovative marketing/ sales strategy.
b.. Follow up, oversee and coordinate distributors and marketing team within organization on strategies' implementation to achieve sales targets
c.. Execute market research to obtain valuable consumer insights.
d.. Create and manage events, public relations and joint marketing programs to achieve maximum brand exposure within the target segment.
REQUIREMENTS:
a.. Minimum 8 years of successful track record in Sales and Marketing for Building Material related companies.
b.. Bachelor Degree in any discipline from Reputable University
c.. Male, age between 30 – 45 years old and willing to travel as needed.
d.. An ability to work well under pressure and after office hours is necessary.
e.. The successful applicant must be innovative and have a high level of self-motivation, maturity, intelligence, and enthusiasm
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skill
f.. Able to communicate in Mandarin language is a definite plus
g.. Solid Knowledge on PC based Office application is a plus
