International Network Television, is currently seeking for highly
qualified candidates to fill the vacancy of:
Compensation and Benefits Specialist
Responsibilities:
* The Compensation & Benefit is responsible for providing an
effective and efficient service in relation to HR issues to all AKV's
employees and will take on the role of an HR business partner, adding
value wherever possible to the business. * Coordinating the salary &
benefit administration process, determining relative market value for
all new jobs, actively participating in compensation & benefit program
development activities, and its accountable for the accuracy of all job
data maintained in the Human Resources System.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business,
Studies/Management, Human Resource Management. * Excellent skills in
Math, Statistic, Employee benefit program. * Fluent in English both
oral and written * 5 years working experience in Human Resource with
at least 3 years in the area of Compensation and Benefits *
Employment status will be permanent with competitive remuneration
package
