Due to our continued growth and the demand for our services we required the following
personnel: Mine Infrastructure Manager Reporting to Principal.
The General duties are:
• To assist major mine owners in the development of mine infrastructure for 5Mtpa mines
in Sumatra and East Kalimantan.
• Co-coordinating the program of infrastructure design works between Client and
Britmindo.
• Managing the Clients in all aspects of development requirements.
• Supervising design and construction of mine infrastructure, roads, port and other related
fixed plant.
• Dealing with subcontractor design and construction companies.
• Assisting Client in dealing with "soft issues" relating to construction work.
• Maintaining time line and program for development period.
• Having pivotal role by reporting to Client and Britmindo Management Teams.
The successful candidate will be expected to process the following :
• a Degree in Civil or Mining Engineering
• Minimal of 7 years related experience in the construction of Mining Infrastructure or
similar construction work.
• Proven management experience and ability to work unsupervised.
The position will be Jakarta based but frequent travel to sites will be required. Both
projects are long term (18 -24 months) and Britmindo are currently in discussions with
other major mine owners to secure further work of this nature.
