Requirements:
• 1 year's professional experience in related field.
• Understanding Indonesian labor law.
• Good knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Managing the system, policy, and procedures for employee.
General Requirements:
• Woman, single, max. 25 years old.
• Bachelor Degree (Law) with GPA min 2,75 from scale 4,00.
• Fluent in English (minimum passive).
• Strong leadership, creative and innovative.
• Computer literate and good communication skill.
• Mature and independence in solving problems.
• Team work attitude with good interpersonal relationship skill.
