SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER
Function / Responsibility:
Work together with other engineering disciplines and project team functions to assist/lead in managing engineering execution and project management issues. A Project Engineer will also require skills to help develop project schedules, cost estimates, cost control and project execution. The roles and responsibilities of this position include but not limited:
1. Work together with other engineering disciplines and project team functions to assist/lead in managing engineering execution and project management issues.
2. Provide technical consultation for Facility construction and commissioning.
3. Work closely with COMPANY's representatives related to project execution.
4. Monitor COMPANY contractor Key Performance Indicator.
5. Monitor and provide design directions to COMPANY contractor.

SENIOR PROJECT CONTROLS ENGINEER
Function / Responsibility:
Prepare, complete, lead, coordinate, and control Contractor's activities in the project controls of projects. The roles and responsibilities of this position include but no limited to:
1. Lead a project controls group consisting of Schedules, Document Controllers, and Cost engineers to provide project controls Services to projects under CONTRACTOR or directly under COMPANY.
2. Provide technical consultation for Facility engineering, construction and commissioning.
3. Work closely with Company's representatives related to project controls.
4. Develop, implement and monitor Contractor's Key Performance Indicator.
5. Develop and maintain Contractor's project controls Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), techniques, and guidance.
6. Draft and prepare "WBS" for every project.
7. Prepare and maintain project master schedules.
8. Monitor and report project schedules and costs.
9. Provide cost and schedule estimates.

SENIOR CONTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
Function / Responsibility:
Supervise and control COMPANY contractor's and its subcontractor'
Responsible for ensuring that the construction scope of work is completed to specification, using safe and sound construction procedures and techniques, and those adequate resources are applied to the work to achieve the intended project milestones. The roles and responsibilities of this position include but not limited to:
1. Provide technical consultation for Facility engineering and construction.
2. Work closely with Company's representatives and other CONTRACTOR functions related to engineering, procurement, construction, and QA/QC
3. Develop and execute construction monitoring plan
4. Administer contracts execution and monitor COMPANY contractor's performance.
5. Supervise and develop members of COMPANY contractor's Construction Management group.
6. Develop and maintain construction management plans, and monitor progress against the schedule and budget.
Qualification requirement:
Minimum qualification is an Engineer, with minimum twenty (20) years international experience in project engineering and construction, fifteen (15) years of which minimum as Construction Supervisor in facility projects of oil/gas field or petrochemical or personnel with minimum twenty five (25) years international experience in project engineering and construction in oil/gas field and minimum twenty (20) years of which as Construction Superintendent. Have the ability to identify problems or potential problems early and give good technical advice to the constructors thus assisting them in efficient project execution.
Shall be very familiar with construction schedules and means of gauging construction productivity. Shall be very familiar with a wide range of heavy construction equipment and its operation as well as various construction techniques and various procedures( e.g. – heavy lifting). Will be required to work closely with COMPANY's and COMPANY constractor's construction supervisors and management.
