We're offering the following positions:
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)
Will be trained and develop to meet Schneider Electric qualification.
Might be rotated to different role/ function/ location.
BRANCH MANAGER BALIKPAPAN (BMB)
The incumbent has to direct, plan, control to generate sales growth
and maximize profit within Balikpapan area by promoting, offering,
selling of Schneider Electric offers and technology, seeking new
prospect customers, maintaining the existing customers innovatively.
RESIDENT ENGINEER (RE):
- Bontang.
- Banjarmasin.
- Bali.
Responsible for maintaining , developing and digging more present and
new customer, promoting and selling Schneider Electric product &
offer, gaining customers requirements and providing technical solution
based on their needs. Willing to be placed at above cities.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY SALES ENGINEER (EESE)
Responsible for maintaining, identifying & developing Energy
Efficiency Activity. To promote and sell EE solution with Schneider
Electric product and offer, provide application supports and technical
solution, to be more competitive by reducing electricity costs.
SITE SERVICES ENGINEER (SSE)
The position is responsible for Start Up, Testing, Commissioning of
Schneider Electric Product, System & Solution.
TECHNO COMMERCIAL SERVICES ENGINEER (TCSE)
Responsible for project execution. The job encompasses clarification
of specification, cost estimation, project control and monitoring.
Managing its project on schedule within the accepted quality standard
and specification are the most exciting challenges for the position.
AUTOMATION SALES ENGINEER (ASE)
Responsible for maintaining & developing present and new customer,
promoting and selling Schneider automation product and offer,
providing application support and technical solution for customer.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
MT: Good technical competencies and commercially conversant to grow
the business. Male/Female Max 25 Years Old.
SSE: Familiar with Electrical System Distribution & Control would be
your advantage.
EESE: Good understanding of Technical Specification and Electrical
Single Line Diagram. Some hands on experience in handling projects in
the electrical industry would be advantages. Target oriented,
tactfulness perseverance.
BMB: Strong leadership competency and potentialities with work
orientation on result and target.
RE: Highly motivated, creative, innovative, good analytical & sense of
business, to achieve sales target.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduated from reputable University (S1) in Electrical Engineering
majoring in Power, Electronic and Control.
• Experience at relevant position: 2 years as Engineers and 5 years as
Branch Manager.
• Proficiency in English both verbal and written, Computer literate
(Ms. Office).
• High integrity, fast learning, good analytical skill.
• Able to work under pressure with minimum supervisory and excellence
team player.
• Knowledge and previous exposure with Schneider products range are
definite advantages.
• Willing to be placed all spread out through Indonesia.
