position:
Requirements:
* Male, max age 55 years old.
* Min Bachelor degree or higher level in Civil Engineering
* Min. 5 - 10 years of proven experience as Construction Manager
in Manufactory Building / High Rise building
* Must have good planning & organizational abilities
* Computer Literate (Office, Visio, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD)
* Must be fluent In English conversation and writing
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Good knowledge in Design, Construction, Process & Safety
Engineering
* Can work independently as a team as well
* Excellent verbal/written communication skills - for
communicating project ideas and result to internal groups, company,
government bodies, etc.

Responsibilities:
* Overall construction progress and schedule monitoring and
request counter measure plan and activity list based on Manufacture
construction progress.
* Overall government application permission approval activity
follow up with 3rd parties and / or Contractor Overall construction
materials and equipment monitoring and control based on Manufacture
contractor's Construction plan
* Prepared overall construction progress and quality report by
monthly with contractor's report
* Over all construction safety monitoring and prepared counter
measure plan
* Execute and monitoring pre commissioning and commissioning
activities
Job Qualifications:
* More than 10 years experience in Construction Manager
* Well experience design review and construction management
* Bachelors degree in Civil / Structure Engineering
* English / Mandarin (advantage)
