Governance Reform and DPRD Empowerment (GRADE) UNDP Project , is
seeking *Institutional
and Public Law experts*
The experts will be assigned to undertake technical facilitation for
Provincial DPRD of Central Sulawesi oversight capacity strengthening that
cover following activities:
1. Provide inputs to the Local Governance Expert for the assessment on
Central Sulawesi DPRDs needs to perform effective oversight
duties/obligation.
2. Contribute to the development of the technical guidance on
oversight function for DPRD.
3. Assist the Local Governance Expert in organizing a workshop to
receive inputs on the technical guidance and to formulate an agenda for
technical facilitation that are in mutual accord with the DPRD oversight
work plan.
4. Provide onsite technical facilitation for Central Sulawesi DPRD in
the event of hearing, filed visit/trips, task of special committee (*pansus*)
and working committee (*panitia kerja*).
5. Report the technical facilitation activities.
Selection criteria of the required experts are as follows:
a). Master's Degree or equivalent (S2) in Law, Social Sciences or related
field.
b). Minimum 5 (five) years of relevant experience at the national level
in the areas of public audit .
c). Prior to technical facilitation experiences, particularly on DPRD
oversight functions
d). Having experience in designing and developing material for DPRD
capacity building.
e). Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working on the relevant
thematic area.
f). Experience in working with government agencies (central and local),
civil society organizations and international organizations is an asset.
g). Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages.
h). Fluency in written and spoken English and Indonesian.
