Cost & Benefit Analyst
Job Description :
- To prepare and review cash flow forecasting model with different revenue
and Capex scenario for Master Plan work.
- To create a financial modeling that suits PALYJA strategic investment.
- To asses and analyze all capital expenditure (Capex) proposal from
different business units in PALYJA.
- To perform thorough and benefit analysis for Capex.
- To create and update the standard report of benefit analysis.
- To follow up the Capex realizations projects and make necessary
recommendations.
- To make any adjustment to the financial modeling when necessary.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree or S1 from reputable local and overseas universities
(Preferred to have a Major in Accounting / Business Management)
- Have a good communication, with internal and external party.
- Have capacity to work individually and in a team.
- Fluent in English (Written & Oral).
- Excellent MS Office Application (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point).
- Minimum experience 3 Years experience in investment analyst
