IS Help Desk Officer
Scope of Work :
- To record all the requests and/or complaints of internal and external
users, and update the status of the requests and/or complaints in
the IS help desk
- To keep the user updated of the requests and/or complaints and
distribute User Acceptance to the user when the job has finished.
- Manage IS operational items (toner, papers, etc)
- Secretarial related of Division
Qualification :
- Minimum Educational Background : Graduate Bachelor Degree (S1)
- Experience in IT company will be preferable
- Fluent in English (Written & Oral).
- Excellent MS Office Application (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point & MS
Visio) & other computer Application.
- Very good analytical skills, Presentation skills, Interpersonal Skills
and Good Leadership Skills.
- Familiar with administrative job type.
