Male with age maximum 40 years.
University graduate prefer from Law or Psychology.
Having experience minimum 5 years in human resources field in supervisory level or managerial position from manufacturing industry or labour intensive.
Having knowledge and familiar with Manpower Regulation, Job Analysis and Job Evaluation, Performance Management, Assessment, Training and Development.
Hands on experience in dealing with Labour Union, PKB Negotiation, and settlement labour dispute.
Strong leadership and good negotiation skill, ability to interact and communicate with all level employee.
Willing to be stationed at Cilegon.
