Credit & Control Manager (CCM)
Qualification :
* Male/Female max. 37 years old
* Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance
* Skills; Computer Literate
* Experience; Minimum 5 years experience in Credit Control
Field of responsibilities
Credit and Collection Control
* Review customers credit term and credit limit
* Report difficult customers and blacklisted customers
* Review new customers credibility and initiate customers' credit
investigation and evaluation
* Develop, control and implement credit and collection policies and
procedures at minimum credit risk, currency exposure and operating
expenses
* Plan customers' payments to be collected
* Follow-up customers' outstanding accounts
Administration
* Maintain customers and invoices file
* Check accuracy of customers' invoices and completeness of
requirements for collection
* Develop and motivate staff towards optimum efficiency
* Manage accounts receivable turnover relative to achieving budgeted
Accounting
* Initiate collection of all trade accounts
* Assist on cash requirements
* Reconcile customer statements
* Prepare reports on customers' outstanding accounts and status
* Assist on assigned tasks as required
