HR Generalist
Requirements:
• Min 30 years old
• Min. Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in
Psychology or equivalent
• Min. having 3 years of experience in Human Resources related matters
• Applicants must be willing to work in DKI Jakarta
• Knowledge in organization design, job design or manpower planning
• Knowledge of Performance Management, Remuneration Management and
Talent Management
• Knowledge of Balance Scorecard will be advantage
• Conceptualise, develop and implement HRD programmes & initiatives
that are aligned with corporate strategies
• Have an excellent communication both oral and written English, and
presentation skills
• Have excellent teamwork, analytical, problem solving and
interpersonal skills
Training Specialist
Requirements:
• Min 30 years old,
• Min. having 3 years of experience in training and development
related matters
• Bachelor degree in Psychology / Management
• Able to conduct training need analyses, prepare training business
plan, training modules and training evaluations
• Design training curriculum and materials
• Fluent in english both oral and written
• Excellent presentation and training skills, particularly
motivational and soft skill training
• Help develop and implement creative programs, new concept to meet
workforce learning & development need
• Creating sustainable learning environment and initiating change
management process
• Computer literate, presentation skill and administrative abilities
• Strong personality, self motivation, honest, hard-working and able
to work independently or in a team
