Our client is a multinational consumer good industry with a range of highly recognized power brands in the Indonesian market. Due to the rapid growing and with the commitment to further market expansion, they are currently seeking outstanding and self-motivated driven person for :
SALES MANAGER – HORECA – FOOD SERVICE ACCOUNTS
The Job:
The incumbent will report directly to the General Manager of the company and be responsible for the overall sales activities in the HORECA and other food service accounts, mainly:
1. Maintain the existing FS accounts (HORECA).
2. Develop the new accounts in Horeca, particularly the key chained restaurants (local and franchised).
3. Manage the good relationship with all stakeholders of customers.
4. Monitor the competitor activities in FS accounts.
5. Support the customer in a promptly basis.
6. Interact with other departments in the Company with strong and positive attitude.
The Requirements:
1. Having at least 5 years of experience preferable dealing with HORECA and other food service accounts
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
3. Charming and show positive body language
4. Able to work under pressure
7. Food and/or Beverage company background is an advantage
Remuneration Package:
An attractive remuneration package would be provided commensurate with the qualification and experience of the selected candidate including a company car and annual bonus depending upon company's performance
