Our Client, is a leading multinational energy company
with operations in more than 130 countries engages in
all aspects of the petroleum industry, including
Upstream operations (oil and gas exploration,
development and production, LNG) and Downstream
operations (refining, marketing and the trading and
shipping of crude oil and petroleum products)is
currently looking for:
Mechanical Rotating Engineer
Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to:
 Assist and guide the Contractor in the
development of overall detailed engineering,
fabrication and site installation for the mechanical
rotating equipment such as gas turbine, turbo
expander, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors
and pumps.
 Review and approve the contractor's designs
and calculations to ensure that the proposed design
complies with the project specifications and
requirements.
 Inspect equipment as necessary during
fabrication phase.
 During equipment installation phase of the
project, the successful candidate will be assigned to
the construction site near Surabaya to provide COMPANY
with assurance that construction and installation of
mechanical equipment is being done in accordance with
specifications, codes and accepted industry standards.
Skills/Competencies
 Knowledge of mechanical rotating equipment
packages
 Excellent computer skills
 Detailed knowledge of mechanical design
software programs
 Ability to work to tight deadlines
 Enthusiasm for communicating ideas
 Good team player with a high energy level
 Self-starter with the ability to work under
pressure as part of a team
 Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team
working on multiple packages simultaneously.
Requirements:
 Minimum 10 years experience in oil and gas
facilities project engineering with emphasis on
rotating equipment.
 University Degree in Mechanical Engineering
