One of our clients, an International Mining Company is involved with
a number of projects and is looking for a qualified candidates to
fill the position for :
"Government Relation Superintendent"
who has the experience of working
with
Mining Company in Halmahera
( MBP 221 – 61 – 4 )
Responsibilities:
• To make plan and coordinate the implementation of External
Affairs activities in order to ensure excellent representation at
Central government institution to support overall project
developments of the Company in Indonesia in accordance with
Company's Charter and Policies for External Relations and meet or
exeed the benchmark sets in these area
• Coordinate and conduct regular appropriate engagement and
consultation activities with external stakeholders particulary the
central government institution mostly Kantor Menko Ekuin, DESDM,
Kantor LH, Departemen Kehutanan, Departemen Tenaga Kerja, DItjen
Imigrasi, Mabes Polri, BKPM, LIPI, Universities and NGO's to
maintain harmonious working relationships to support overall project
planning and activities in accordance with Company's Charter and
Policies for External Relations
• Monitor and report on regulatory requirements for the
Project to ensure compliance in the areas of CCOW, foresting
permitting, company payment obligations, and other permitting
requirements.
• Organize the preparation of obligations as required in the
CCOW 's and other government regulations
• Develop external affairs strategy
Requirements:
-Degree from Social /Politics or related studies
-At least 5 years experience in external relations and mining
industry ( Manager or Gov.Relation Sr. Officer is preferred )
-Has leadership skill
-Has Communication and negotiation skills
-Has relation with media
