IMMEDIATE OPENING POSITION-IT Project Secretary
Description:
This person will become a project secretary.
The main task are
1. to assist project manager with documentation creation and maintenance
2. to do contact and scheduling activities related to project organization
3. to monitor project progress
Our clients comprises of national and international banks in Indonesia.
Character requirement:
-This position requires a passionate person to learn new skills and
knowledge and to apply it to new application.
-This person will need to have the character of integrity.
Language Requirement:
-Need to be able to write and speak English well.
Technical requirement:
-detail oriented,
-organized,
-excellent communication skills
-agile,
-open-minded person with
-fast learner
-can work independently
A plus if already had or can be acquired during the job training:
-knowledge of systems integration
-understanding of project cycle and project management
Training:
-Training will be provided as needed
-Regular in and out house training will be conducted to gain
competency and expertise in the field.
