production sectors of oil, gas and geothermal projects worldwide, are
seeking an enthusiastic, hard-working and motivated individual to fill
the position of:
Facilites Supervisor
Responsible for ensuring the provision and maintenance of suitable
buildings, offices, equipment and services for company business to be
conducted in Indonesia. To provide preventative and repair maintenance
provision on all applicable equipment and premises. Engage in future
facility planning and rationalization plans as changes to business
structure occur. Ensure compliance with local and national
regulations/
Qualifications Required:
• Previous company relocation projects.
• Experience of facilities supervision/
workshop based company.
• Knowledge of local contractor base.
• Understanding of local and national laws/regulations regarding
facility operation.
• 5 years experience in facilities management/supervis
multi site organisation.
• Oil and gas industry experience is preferred.
Facilities Coordinator
Responsible for ensuring the co-ordination of activities relating to
the provision and maintenance of company buildings, offices and
equipment under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor.
Qualifications Required:
• Facilities co-ordination experience for an office and workshop based
company.
• 3-5 years experience in facilities co-ordination role.
General requirements:
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of relevant computer software and strong skills in
MS Office, AutoCAD and VISIO.
• Ability to communicate with people at all level, work to tight
deadline, and to work unsupervised.
• Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment.
