- Age around 35 years old
- S1/S2 Management, Engineering or others
- Experience in similar area min. 3 years, preferred from FMCG
- Hands on training needs analysis-evaluation & its applications
- Excellent in setting up & delivering training modules
- Broad minded in networking & sourcing of people development
- Able to advice-giving especially in people development areas
