Job Description: Quality Process Improvement Engineer in inks manufacturing industry.
Location: Curug, Tangerang.
Your main responsibility is to design/develop, test, evaluate, execute specific process improvement
projects, including training those who will use the new process. Your understanding of quality concepts and tools is crucial!!
What will you be doing?
- Establishes work measurement programs and analyzes work samples to
develop standards for labor utilization.
- Analyzes work force utilization,
facility layout, and operational data, such as production costs, process flow charts,
and production schedules, to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment.
- Recommends methods for improving worker efficiency and effectiveness, and reducing waste of
materials and utilities, such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing work
flow, relocating work stations and equipment, and purchase of equipment.
- Prepare
schematic diagrams, formulas, charts, and graphics to illustrate work
flow, production floor layout, material handling, and machine
utilization.
- Study time, methods, and speed involved in maintenance, production, and
other operations to increase the performance of the manufacturing
system.
- Confers with management and engineering staff to implement plans and
recommendations.
