2. Experience 2 - 3 years in IT
3. Softskill: MIcrosoft trouble shooting, Windows Server 2003, Understand Windows 2003 Server, abe to use programming language (Visual Basic)
4. Hardskill: Understanding Networking concept (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, DHCP, etc)
