Responsibilities:
- The jobholder is responsible to act as the first point to contact for walk in customers and to provide customers with service assistance equivalent to what a CSR can offers thus reducing number of customers who need to meet with Relationship Managers for service assistance. Staff Express Service should be able to response to customers̢۪ needs other than sales of Bank̢۪s products.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with minimum GPA 2,75
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Pleasant personality and good communication skill
- Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
- Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
- Has a strong drive to succeed
- Demonstrate high degree of integrity
- Willing to be placed at Surabaya
