HR Industrial Relation Staff
(Jawa Barat - Cibitung)
Responsibilities:
- Key focus of this position will be handle HR daily operation activities at factory especially related about industrial relation and legal (labor law).
- The work covers : handle HR activity implementation at field operation and give opinion regarding HR activity. Especially having experiences at employee & industrial relation and manpower management.
- Selected candidate for this position will be work as HR team member at Factory and especially concern about Employee & Industrial Relation activities and manpower management, report to HR Section Chief at Factory. Work 6 day a week.
Requirements:
- Education Required min Bachelor (S1) Degree from reputable University/institute preferable majoring in Law or Psychology
- Male
- Age between 23 – 30 years old
- Language Active in English
- Working Experience at least 1 years in Industrial Relation - preferable at Manufacture Company
- Special Qualification:
- Industrial Relation (Discipline, Employees, Union & Government)
- Having knowledge & experience at Legal Matter
