Our client, an American world player in greenhouse gas emission reduction business, which is aggressively expanding its business in Asean Region, is keen to employ a professional like you to fill the position of:
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
The Chief Operating Officer will be heavily involved in the operations area of the business. This is the second highest position and the holder only reports to the Country Manager.
As regards, you are expected to have at least the following qualifications and experiences:
a.. Indonesian citizen with Business and/or Engineering Degree(s), Masters' Degree may be an advantage
b.. More than 15 years of comprehensive operational aspects of construction/ waste treatment/ building facilities, develop and execute maintenance, safety and production performance monitoring programs
c.. At least the last 8 years in General Manager (Operations) position (or equivalent)
d.. Has the quality and ability to act as a leader who can effectively manage people; in short, a quality as a COO
e.. Excellent English is unquestionably important
