Procurement Assistant (code: PRA)
The incumbent is responsible for providing support to Procurement Coordinator in documenting, filing andreporting all the procurement process.
Requirements:
· S-1 degree in Science/Management/IT.
· Minimal 3 years experiencein related field with min. 1 year experience in NGO/INGO.
· Familiar in Data Base and Strong in Dana Analysis.
· Detail and Good Negotiator.
· Preferably has wide networking.
· Excellent written and verbal in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
· Respond to requests in timely manner.
· Strong computer skills.
· Can work effectively in minor and/or remote supervision.
· Able to work under pressure.
· Pleasant personality.
