SENIOR TRAINING MANAGER (STM)
Requirements:
· Male, maximum 40 years of age
· S1 or S2 degree from a reputable university
· Minimum of 5 years experience as Training Manager and minimum 8 years in handling Training & Development
· Mastery in Module Development, Training Need Analysis and Competency-Based Training Implementation
· Very strong in Training Strategic & Management
· Having strong leadership skills with ability to manage a group of people
· Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
· Fluency in verbal & written English
Others:
· Compensation & Benefit package will commensurate with competencies and experience
· Jakarta based, but willing to travel to company's operation areas.
