Urgently need: HR Supervisor
Age about 30-33 years, prefably a non smoker living around Bogor, Depok or Cibubur.
Must be honest, eithical and very strong leader to withstand different cultures both in the office and factory.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Must be aware of Jamsotek and Department of Manpower requirements
Must have a good experience as HRD and from a manufacturing background
The HRD person will supervise the GA person.
He must be computer literate to be able to adapt to our new ERP package
His responsibility would include developing HR policy in the organisation, develop standardisation of positions/
