URGENTLY REQUIRED
We are multinational company in Coal Mining Industry located in
Central Kalimantan. We are seeking dynamic and creative, professionals
who have a successful track record in their fields to join and grow
with our team.
I. MINING ENGINEER – (ME)
Responsible to supervise, control, and monitoring mine operation of
the contractors to safely achieved production target on required
specification and minimum cost and other mining activities.
Essential Skills:
1. Strong knowledge and has successfully experience in operation which
includes; mines planning, scheduling and controlling of mining
operation, contract mining, management of open cut mines in high
rainfall areas.
2. Be able to construct & pit designs for short and long term by
minescape.
3. Can communicate all significant issues relating, to operations,
environmental management or safety.
4. Preferably, expertise in Mincom Software.
Specific Requirements:
1. S1 Mining Engineer from reputable University.
2. Min. 2 years experience as Mining Engineer in Coal Mining.
II. PERSONNEL & ADMINT SUPERINTENDENT – (PAS)
Essential Skills:
1. Setting up and implementing HR policies and procedures.
2. Planning, coordinating and carrying out all personnel &
administration activities including recruitment, industrial relation,
training, leasing with government officials and other relevant
authorities.
3. Hand on experience in handling Indonesian Labour Law and current HR
practice.
4. Able to handle personnel matter and industrial relation issue.
Specific Requirements:
1. Min. S1 Psychology/Manageme
University.
2. Having Experience min. 3 years experience as Senior Personnel at
multinational company.
3. Trustworthy and respect confidentiality.
4. Analytical problem solving and strong leadership skill.
III. GEOLOGIST – (GEO)
Essential Skills:
1. Be able to coal geology mapping, coal outcrops, coring & also
geotechnical sampling procedure.
Specific Requirements:
1. Minimum STM / D3 Mining.
2. Experience 5 years at coal geology.
3. Strong knowledge in principle of geology.
General Requirements for I, II, III:
1. Mature, independent, proactive and high integrity.
2. Good interpersonal & communication skill with the ability to manage
relationship a wide range people.
3. Able to work as a team, but also self starter.
4. Good computer skill.
5. Proficiency in English both oral and written.
6. Willing to stay in remote area.
