· Be responsible for project implementation and product maintenance.
· Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementation.
· Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction.
Requirements for RF-JTSE:
* Bachelor/Master¢s degree in Electrical/Electronics with at least 1 year in mobile/consumer/wireless industry.
* Requires proven technical RF leadership record in RF network Planning and optimization with good understanding of GSM, CDMA networks and RF, Receiver/Transmitter, LNA, RF Data collection and post processing methods.
* Prior experience should include leading a team of RF engineers on RF network optimization and expansion.
* Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
* Position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa. Requirements for Wireless-JTSE: * Bachelor/Master¢s degree in Electrical/Electronics with at least 2 year in mobile/consumer/wireless industry.
* Requires proven technical BTS, BSC, commissioning, testing and related tools.
* Ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
* Position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa.
* Excellent presentation skills and ability to multi task will be a strong plus.
Requirements for Transmission-JTSE:
· Bachelor¢s degree or above in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
· More than 1 year¢s relevant experience in IT industry, preferably with multinational telecom companies.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
· Proficient in English.
· Posses a good knowledge of detailed Transmission Network Parameter planning.
· Knowledge of topology planning, ATM, SS7-networks and/or IP networks.
· Knowledge of microwave transmission planning tool.
Requirements for Core Network-JTSE:
· Bachelor¢s degree or above in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
· More than 1 year¢s relevant experience in IT industry, preferably with multinational telecom companies
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Proficient in English
· Hands on experience with features and parameters for VSAT, MSC, VAS, ADSL, MSS activity.
· Have deep knowledge about core network optimization in different environment.
TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities:
· Site Survey
· Install CDMA BTS/ Transmission for our customer and provide installation instruction
· Integration and Maintenance CDMA BTS / Transmission / ADSL
· Provide onsite training of equipment installation to project contractors
Requirements:
· Over 1 year¢s relevant work experience in telecom companies, preferably with multinational telecom companies
· Be able to communicate and cooperate well with others, continuous improvement orientation, a strong sense of responsibilities
· Strong learning, analytical and problem solving abilities
· Proficient in English
PLN COORDINATOR
Job Descriptions:
- Having good knowledge for Power PLN work process, procedure & problem solving in term of PLN issues.
- Responsible to manage Power PLN works from start survey, application until connection on site.
- Ensuring Work application, Bill of Quantity Survey and Installation for Power PLN is done as proper.
- Be able to negotiate with Subcontractor PLN/AKLI in term of budget oriented.
- Coordination with Subcontractor CME and Subcontractor PLN/AKLI for work progress of application and installation work.
- Be capable of indentifying the possibility of PLN application and proving the real situation in the field.
Requirements:
* Having good connection with PLN / Power Government Company is preferred.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or other Engineering is required.
- At least 1 years experience in PLN / Power Government Company.
- Be able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
- Action oriented results driven, aggressive and persistent.
- Energetic & Team Player
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage
PROJECT COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
· Assist PM to Manage and supervise overall delivery of the project.
· Assist PM to establish project governance and its deliverables, including financials and objectives.
· Proactively interface with, and build relationships with the customer and supplier chain to ensure the needs and issues of the business are properly addressed.
· Provide continued overall strategy development and execution priorities, and end-to-end process management.
· Manage post-sales support & guidance, and customer relationship
· Conduct presentation, continual communication with customers to obtain and comply with specific requirements.
Requirements:
· Degree in Electronics / Telecommunication / Project Management or equivalent.
· More than 3 years¢ experience in telecom industry as Project Coordinator.
· PM or Project Coordinator experience in a turn-key project will be strongly preferred.
· Broad telecom industry background and experienced in technical service operations.
· Excellent customer relationship management.
· Well versed in project management tools application.
· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in English.
