Our client is a well-known public listed company dealing in integrated poultry industry, starting from breeding, hatchery, slaughterhouse, feed mill and poultry equipment. Serving customers throughout the Indonesia market and its surrounding countries.
To support the rapid expansion of its business, our client is urgently searching for highly qualified candidate for;
BUSINESS UNIT HEAD
-Corn Project
This is a newly created senior executive position and a member of BOD, the incumbent will report directly to President Director and be responsible for the overall business strategic & the implementation of the business activities, supervising GM across functional level such as GM Production, GM Operation and GM Sales Marketing .This position will be responsible to open, seeks and analyze potentials in developing and oversee the Corn project animal feed within Sulawesi and East Java area as well as provide alternate development to obtain continuous business growth. This position will be stationed in Jakarta with frequent travel to sites.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree from Agribusiness / Engineering / Marketing from reputable university
- Knowledge of the industry upstream to downstream
- Has over 7 years experience in related industry or at least in the same position /senior level (business development in agribusiness industry)
- Ability to build integral business concept and implementation
- Understands how to build business and marketing plan
- Strong leadership skill
- Good network & relationship
- Fluency in written & spoken English
