HANDSET SERVICE MANAGER
Responsibility:
Assist handset service manager to comminicate with customer.
Collect handset market information.
Promote handset after sales solution for operator and customer.
Provide technical training for customer.
Assist handset service manager to solve the related problems.
Qualification:
Junior college degree, major in telecommunication, computer, electronics.
Has eperienced with handset market and after sales service management.
Excellent in English.
Self-motivated, active, cooperative and good communication skill.
