Qualification:
· Age 30 – 40 years old, fluent in English and Indonesian both oral
and written
· Holding a university degree in Law from reputable universities
· Minimal 5 years of experience in Corporate Legal
· Strong knowledge in Indonesian Law, drafting of legal documentations
/ agreements
· Able to review & evaluating contracts and relate to business plan /
strategy
· Able to give legal advice and opinion
· Good negotiation skill
· Able to travel in short notice
· Team player and strong analytical thinking
