One of our clients, an International Mining Company is involved with a number of projects and is looking for a qualified candidates to fill the position for :
Urgently Required
Corporate Governance Administrator ( Contract Status ) (221 – 59 – 4 )
•S1 Degree in Law from reputable university
•Having at least 2 years experience in the same position in Mining company
•Familiar with corporation documents and understand process of producing corporate documents (ie. Minutes of meeting, circular resolution, written consent, power of attorney )
•Able to do secretarial jobs
•Able to communicate in English both oral and written
•Strong communication skill, good listener and easy to work with
•Easily adapt to high pressure working environment and completing dateline
•Software familiriarity with Ms Office
•Work location is in Jakarta
