Our Client, a Global Chemical Company is looking for is looking for people to fill in position with following experiences and skills:
Customer Care Center Manager
Qualifications:
- Male or Female, age 30-35 years old
- Min Bachelor degree, Master degree in Business Administration is an advantage
- Min. 3 years of experience in the capacity of customer service plus minimum of 2 years in management level, preferably in Multi National Company environment
- Initiative and can work under challenging condition
- Strong interpersonal skill, communication skill and problem solving
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good computer skills, such as MS Office, Microsoft Project and Internet
Responsibilities:
- Managing overall function in Customer Care Center Department
- Setting up and monitoring customer satisfaction survey
- Improve service standard and working procedure for service team
- Handle customer complaint and provide solutions in order to meet customer's satisfaction
- Improve service level with customer to achieve the target and coordinate with other functions to ensure service level (invoice accuracy and on time delivery)
- Order and forecast management
- Manage and improve customer contact and relationship management strategies
