HR MANAGER
(Generalist)

The incumbent will be responsible for all HR aspects with a small to medium number of populations, coordinating with Jakarta office and headquarter (overseas). This position will have dual reporting line to Country Manager - Indonesia and Regional HR director - Thailand.

The Requirements of this position are shown below:

University graduate from any field, preferable majoring from Human Resource and Psychology
Min 3-5 years of related working experience in similar function preferable from manufacturing industry with hands on experience in compensation and benefits including payroll
Good leadership, result orientation, communication skill, team work, good networking, initiative and foresight skill
Good proficiency in spoken and written English
