Currently we have a position open in our Jakarta office as *HR - SAP
Analyst
(12 month project based)**.*

Summary of Position:
This is an exciting position working in on cross-cultural team
dedicated to
transforming how HR transactional work will be conducted in the future for
Hess Corporation. The individual selected for this position will be the
primary country focal point regarding this important implementation
for Hess
Corporation. Job responsibilities will include business requirements
gathering and documentation, project status updates to local HR/business,
assistance in development of and deployment of project-related
communications and training as it relates to Indonesia. This position may
also be asked to assist the regional or global coordinators from
time-to-time.
In addition to the responsibilities of supporting the global project, this
position will assist with other local HR needs and projects as needed.
Principal Duties & responsibilities:
1. Data Gathering - Business Requirements
Be the organization'
- Regulatory environment and requirements regarding people-related
data
and issues for each country in your region
- Local HR systems and processes
- Local reporting needs and requirements
- Local HR policies
- Documenting all/any of the above ensuring regulatory
requirements are
met
2. System Design and Integration
As an integral member of the project team, ensure that all newly
implemented
and existing HR systems/processes are fit for purpose and can meet the
needs
of the local business.
- Promote the use of best practice by using technology in the most
appropriate matter
- Provide input into global design of new processes covered by the
Project
- Have a sound understanding of special challenges facing our varying
stakeholder populations
- Identify and assist with impact to any and all local people-related
systems not being replaced by SAP-HR and ensure all
regression/integrat
issues are addressed
3. Communication
Network and work collaboratively locally, within region and across the
global SAP-HR project team. Communicate with all levels of
stakeholders, as
appropriate, throughout project duration. This position is the
conduit/focal point for all project activities and will be looked to for
providing counsel regarding diversity issues for each location with
respect
to change management, communications and training.
4. Training
Provide input to the global team with respect to training needs for the
region and assist with training delivery. Development of training
materials
will be handled by third party vendor.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- Experience: 5+ Years of experience in HR including active
participation
on a global system implementation, preferably SAP-HR.
- Must have experience in developing, organizing, analyzing and
writing
documentation with respect to large scale systems implementations.
- Excellent business process skills; knowledge of Indonesia HR
regulations, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry; and some
experience in
training individuals on new technology and processes.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English is a must.
- Initiative, excellent communication skills, detail-oriented with
solid
business analyst capabilities and willingness to travel across regions
