2. Accounting Management
Qualifications
• Minimum of 7 to 15 years of F&A Manager and 5 to 7 years for Accounting Management experience, preferably in a multinational company
• Fluent in English, both oral & written
• Develop, analyze and communicate annual cost budget for plant standard and non standard costs
• Provide leadership in achieving strong compliance and controls in the mining environment
• Be an active contributor to the manufacturing and finance community
• Solid experiences with Finance software, Hyperion and Familiarity with Microsoft Office application
• Reliable, mature, good Team management and communication skills, high initiative and self motivated
• Open-minded, willing to chance and face challenges, able to work under pressure; Plan and manage cash flow and investment activity
• Maintain contact with 3rd party, prepare and control company budget
• Calculate fund needs and find sources of fund
• Control accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Tax planning
• Assist Finance Director in every aspect of financial function
3. IT. Superintendent
4. IT. Administrator
Qualifications
S-1 or Master Degree
Having experience 5 years , preferably under mining company
Able to handle IT issues,
Experience with Pronto & Prolog
