. Understand about Organization Development (Organization
Structure, Organization Behavior, People Development and Career path
system)
. Understand about Performance Appraisal
. Good Initiative & Dynamic, self starter
Responsibility
. Support in handling process recruitment, people development,
career path and procedure improvement.
