Our client is a 5 stars hotel with +/- 700 rooms and suite, 3 ballroom, meeting room and other facilities, located in the heart of Jakarta- Indonesia, invited all highly service oriented individuals with strong drive to succeed to apply for the following positions :
RESIDENT MANAGER
Job Description :
- Assists in the development and implementation of the Strategic Plan, Marketing Plan, Budget and Goals Program to ensure on an on-going basis optimum guest satisfaction, sales potential and profitability.
- Ensures highest level of guest satisfaction by providing standard quality guest services and amenities.
- Manages the functions of all hotel personnel through supervision of hotel department heads.
- Assists in monitoring present and future trends, and ensures execution of competitive programs.
- Conduct weekly inspections and ensures physical facilities are kept in optimal condition by full implementation of preventive maintenance programs and judicious planning and management of FF & E.
Qualification
- Male / Female, max 47 years old
- Technical backgrounds is preferable
- Right personality towards the role and responsibility
- Strong leadership, Innovative, Good Communication
- Min. 2 (two) years experience in similar position
- Able to work with flexible working hours
- Willing to stay in Jakarta (Accommodation provided)
