Responsible to manage HR Operation with +/- 1,000 Employee
Qualifications:
• Visionary Leadership
• HR Technology (knowledge about integrated IT for HR system).
• HR Operational (hr strategic, performance management,
compensation benefit, recruitment and learning development,
industrial relation)
• Personal Contribution (Networking, work administration, etc)
• Experience 15 years in HR managerial level, preferably has
working experience in plantation, forestry or other natural resources
industry
