(Kalimantan based)
Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree in Mining Engineering or Geology.
• At least 5 years of working experience as mine operation.
• Familiar with mining software is preferable.
• Have Certified in POP ("Pengawas Operasional Pratama") is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
Will
responsible to lead our civil engineering team to provide design, and

Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in camp construction, site facilities and civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in construction of civil engineering projects.

Manager Coal Project
(Jakarta based)
Requirement:
• The major competencies must include:
1. Indentifying new Coal Projects.
2. Project Assessment.
3. Project Negotiation and Development.
• Experience in the coal industry; needs min 10 years.
• Based in Jakarta but with frequent and extended travel to coal locations.
• Direct report to Chief Representative.
• Self-motivated & self starter leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in finding and assessing coal projects and success in negotiating at least one project.
• Experience in both Kalimantan and Sumatra.
• Able to identify and propose workable solutions to local issues.

Has a network of professional contacts throughout Indonesia in the
areas of mining, contracting, legal, financial, geological, logistical,
etc.
• Knowledge of Indonesian mining and environmental laws and Indonesian mining concession regulations.
• Degree either in engineering or geology and preferably some financial training.
• Financially/ commercially aware/ astute.
• Capable of presenting a coherent project proposal to all levels of management within the Company.
Exploration Site Coordinator
(Kalimantan based)
Requirement:
•
Bachelor degree from reputable university, with catering related
qualification or equivalent knowledge and experience gained on the job.
• At least 5 years of experiences in the related field is required for this position.
•
Demonstrated hands-on experience in managing exploration sites or small
green fields mine sites in Indonesia, including catering, logistics,
EH&S, manpower management, etc.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the
challenges involved with managing remote exploration sites in
Indonesia. Knowledge that will allow the efficient management of the
exploration site in relation to catering, logistics, OHS&E,
manpower management, etc.
• Strong communication skills in English
and Bahasa Indonesian in order to be able to relay information in a way
that is understood by the target audience. Solid man-management skills
in an Indonesian environment.
• A leadership style that promotes a cooperative work environment with employees and peers.
• Solid planning and scheduling skills to ensure an efficient flow of logistics and personnel.
