Role & Responsibility:
Perform smooth and reliable
maintenance of COMPANY equipment. Contractor's planner shall work under
coordination with maintenance TAR scheduler.
Assisting TAR Engineer
in checking the incoming work requests for completeness, and interact
with operations, HSE and Engineering ( under the coordination of TAR
Engineer ) to assess job, condition requirements in the field before
finalizing plan.
Plan non-emergency work and schedule the planned
work for specific equipment under specific correct, under coordination
of TAR Planner.
Review work priorities with concerned operation to
assess backlog work, and to schedule preventive and corrective
maintenance programs. Follow up on work progress to minimize variation
from plan. All these activities must be under the coordination of TAR
scheduler.
Review requirements for plan
shutdown, discusses details with engineers and department head and
prepares consolidated work list for shutdown as well as preliminary
estimates of manpower and material. All these activities must be under
the coordination TAR scheduler.
Request work approval from the
authority and schedule all work based on priority automatically
calculated by the MAXIMO and other specific requirements and
justification.
Allow the preparation of more time detailed 6 month
schedules for specific under specific contract, and feed this
information to TAR Engineer.
Responsible for the development of the
overall project planning, prepare weekly progress report to be
presented to COMPANY's site team.
Develop and implement Project Control Procedure in term of cost and schedule.
Responsible to estimation of material, man power, cost per work order.
Responsible & review for completeness of work order.
Prepare and submit required resources to TAR scheduler.
Prepare and issue work request in conjunction with TAR scope.
Change the work order status from planner to be ready for execution
General Requirements:
At
least 5 (five) years applicable experiences in Planning, Scheduling and
Turn Around of maintenance activity for offshore/onshore, in Oil &
Gas industries nor petrochemical, or refinery, or LNG plant
Must be
experienced in the use of computer programs (including MS Project and
Primavera) applicable to control the resources and activities duration
in civil maintenance works.
Must have knowledge on industrial
standards and practices, familiar with civil, insulation both cold and
hot, coating, scaffolding and material requirement calculation.
Must have very good estimating skill, previously have performed in an estimating role on similar project.
At least a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering related field or construction management degree.
Must have excellent planning and organizational abilities
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good in English both in oral and written
High analytical skill
Able to work independently as well as a team
Computer Literate in using MS office
To be based in Papua, with rotation schedule
To be based in Papua, with rotation schedule, Preferable experience working in the Site Project
