General Requirements
* Max 45 years old for manager/chief level, max 38 years old for
assistant chief level, and max 27 years old for staff level
* Holding bachelor degree
* Experience in the same position min. 5 years for manager level,
4 years for assistant manager level, and 1 year for staff level
* Preferably from property/hospitalit
* Possess strong leadership for assistant chief level above
* Excellent command of English; written and spoken
Specific Requirements
* Knowledgeable of mechanical and utilities systems with the
ability to troubleshoot and implement corrective actions (#1)
* Knowledgeable in legal drafting, agreements and negotiating
contracts. Having good relationship with government officials. (#2)
* High alertness, proactive, tough and presentable (#3)
* Excellent Autocad skills and a team player (#4)
