Recruitment & Data Management Supervisor
 Job Summary 
 To
 provide full service recruitment support and to actively manage the HR
 data management system(s) in accordance to Weatherford Corporate,
 Regional, District policies and Local laws and practices in a
 professional and cost effective manner.
  
 Key Responsibilities:
 Manpower Planning 
 •Provide
 direction on the development of policies and framework on Manpower
 Planning, including guidelines, procedures and templates and
 justifications. 
 •Provide Annual and Semi Annual Manpower Plan. As
 well as monthly update on Movement of New and leaving employees as
 reflected in the Headcount Report. 
  
 Recruitment & Selection
 •Coordinate
 requirement at all levels ensuring competence in recruitment and
 selections, participate in recruitment of all level staff as
 appropriate, advise and support line managers to improve ability to
 forecast, attract, and integrate new skills in line with business
 plans. 
  
 Local Administration 
 •Ensure
 functions relating to the following activities are undertaken in a
 timely & effective manner to include: Employee Records; Employee
 Induction; Employee Agreements; Employee Relocation; Employee Transfer
 or position changes; Employee Pre-employment medical test; Employee
 Exit Interview 
  
 International Assignees (IA) Administration 
 •Implement
 and administer all HR and Administrative functions for International
 Assignees, including but not limiting to: Employee Transfer or position
 changes; Employee Visas & Immigration; Employee Medical Insurance
 Plans; Employee Housing; Act as focus point on personal issues, such as
 work permit and company housing; Liaise with legal representatives as
 required on HR/Immigration issues. 
  
 HRMS (PeopleSoft)
 •To
 actively manage the implementation and maintenance of current and new
 HRMS systems in compliance with company policy, practices, etc. This
 includes
 •Promote HRMS as the one stop HR Database  
  
 Requirements:
 •Strong
 background in recruiting preferably within an non-recruitment company
 environment (i.e., working for a company whose business is not
 recruitment)
 •Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
 •Excellent  communication skills with all levels of employees
 •Strong project management skills
 •Good knowledge of relevant computer software, such as Excel 
 •Able to work under multinational working environment
 •Good supervisory and coaching skills
 •Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa
 •Must be resourceful and results-oriented
 •Can meet tight deadlines for reporting 
 •ISO practical knowledge
 •Ability to communicate with people at all levels
 •Flexible and adaptable to a fast changing business environment
  
 Preferred:
 •Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related discipline 
 •Minimum 2 years experience in an international oilfield services company
 •Experience with PeopleSoft
 •Basic understanding of quality management principles.
 •Able to work under pressure and handle multi projects
 •Good understanding of oil and gas services industry and the legal framework of Indonesia
 •Willingness to learn new skills and accept new responsibilities
  
  
  
 HR Supervisor
  
 Job Summary 
 To
 lead and manage the day-to-day HR support to all Indonesian locations
 as the first point of contact for most HR generalist issues. This role
 is hands-on and includes actively working on and moving forward on a
 number of HR related issues / projects / initiatives.
  
 Key Responsibilities:
 •Help develop and implement the HR business plan including the establishment of performance measures
 •Develop strong positive relationships with all levels in the organization, but especially with supervisors and managers
 •Provide
 HR support, advice and counsel that provides realistic sense answers to
 business issues and which adheres to good HR practices and policies in
 such areas as; Employee Relations,Industria
 Benefits,Implementa

 •Provide assistance the implementation

 •Provide ongoing coaching to develop the HR staff to meet current and future needs of the customer.

 Requirements :
 •Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or Industrial Engineering.
 •5 years experience as HR generalist
 •Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedures, systems
 •Strong understanding of Indonesian rules, regulations, laws in the HR arena
 •Strong industrial relations skills and employee relations skills
 •Strong supervisor, coaching skills and interpersonal skills
 •Strong analytical skills and time management skills
 •Good written and verbal communication skills in English & bahasa
 •Good project management skills
 •Good skills and knowledge in relevant computer software
 •Basic knowledge of oil and gas industry

 HR Officer - Batam Base
  
 Job Summary:
 Responsible for the full range of HR Service
  
 Key Responsibilities:
 •Provide support in specific human resources functions and programs include;
 •Post Advertisement on the newspaper
 •New hire employment formalities – opening of file, prepare contract, activate insurance coverage, etc
 •Employee personal file records
 •Monitoring of staff confirmation and prepare confirmation letter
 •Maintenance of training records.
 •Updates leave records and Prepare leave reports on a yearly basis for staff information 
 •Maitenance Insurance claim processing and file local staff outpatient medical expenses reimbursement 
 •Liaise with local employment agency

 •Prepare monthly Head Count Report to Region
  
 Requirements:
 • Degree / Diploma in Human Resources or Equivalent
 • At least 2 years of experience in human resources administrative support work.
 • Proficient in MS Office and e-mail software
 • Good communication skills (written and spoken)
